School Supply Summer Classic, July 23, 7 to 10 a.m.

Last year, under the guidance of Constance and John Angus, members were extremely generous as they donated much needed school supplies for Eliseo C. Felix Elementary School. Constance and John have graciously volunteered to again host this year’s event on July 23. Along with yummy breakfast burritos, there will be fun-filled social play on the courts from 7 to 10 a.m., raffles, and more! The supplies that we provide the school and teachers make a world of difference for this school to help kids succeed. Everyone is welcome to help by dropping off school supplies either on July 23 or by contacting Constance. Won’t be here? Constance will accept donations and then purchase the supplies herself.

To participate in the breakfast, members must sign up on Court Reserve; everyone is welcome to enjoy the social play and help provide school supplies.

PebbleCreek Pickleball Club Board of Directors

On April 1, the newly elected Pickleball Club board of directors took office. In March, membership re-elected both President Nancy Popenhagen and Treasurer Sharon Hadley for a second term and also new officers Secretary Terri Kelly, Officer at Large Marty Braden, and Vice President Bill Wood. The officers are working hard to continue the efforts set forth by the previous board, along with some new initiatives.
