Jack Gregory has won this fall’s election to fill a two-year, resident-volunteer vacancy on the PebbleCreek Homeowners Association Board of Directors. His term begins Jan. 1, 2026. The PCHOA Election Committee presented Gregory to the directors for approval at the Nov. 19 board meeting.

Gregory ran against five other candidates: Christopher Clarke, Mitch Mankosa, Kevin McManus, Bob Seibel, and Rod Wallace. The vote totals were 1,740 for Gregory, 103 for Clarke, 380 for Mankosa, 229 for McManus, 190 for Seibel, and 237 for Wallace. The election had 48.72% of PebbleCreek households voting, with 2,879 ballots cast of 5,909 total possible.

“As in the past several years, we used an online voting system andalong with the ease and convenience of electronic voting over paper ballotsthe results are impressive,” said Cliff Crooks, chair of the PCHOA Election Committee. We appreciate the effort and interest in PebbleCreek’s future,” he continued, “as demonstrated by those who ran for office and those who voted.
