Gregg Clymer announces candidacy for HOA Board of Directors

Traci Baker

Serving on the HOA Board for the past nearly three years, I have dedicated myself to the continuous effort of balancing financial responsibility of the wonderful amenities that enrich our lives each day against the operational costs of maintaining them. I am proud to have spent this time working with our team on that balancing act and thank the community for the opportunity. I would like to continue to focus on current and future interests and concerns of our residents. Therefore, I am announcing that I will be seeking another term on the Board in this upcoming election.

PebbleCreek Golf Resort has grown in population to exceed many Arizona cities. Our premier adult community is bigger than Litchfield Park, Wickenburg and Globe. With the increase of residents and more facilities comes increased effort to balance the financial responsibility with maintaining the wonderful amenities that enhance our lives each day. We are now operating as a small city and to that end the Board has selected during the past two years talented professionals to help maintain our growth and lifestyle. The professional staff hired Traci Baker, Trudy Shaffer, John Singleton and Jason Whitehill who have made it possible for our General Manager Bill Barnard to conduct business and operations as modeled after a city government. All these changes have made us more efficient and effective. As a Board member I was very pleased to be able to assist in interviewing and selecting our newest professional staff.

Communication is a key in any organization and PebbleCreek homeowners have never before had more information quickly available to them. Our Communications team continually updates our website with any and all information homeowners would want about the HOA projects and the PebbleCreek lifestyle choices. Between PebbleNews, our weekly publication providing quick links to the newest happenings in our community, to the Golf Blast and Cheers!, our homeowners are in the know. All of this is a far cry from just a few years ago when any related HOA news or activities could only be found on bulletin boards at the clubhouses. We intend to keep improving these venues and look for additional opportunities to share information with PebbleCreek homeowners.

As PebbleCreek continues to grow, we will constantly need to identify and implement well thought out changes to improve our operations, better manage our assets for sustainability and maintain the lifestyle choices so many of us enjoy. I would be honored to continue to serve the community and bring my experience to that challenge during the next two years.
