Goodyear PebbleCreek Rotary Club Welcomes New Members

Linda Babcock

The Goodyear PebbleCreek Rotary Club has been honored and privileged to welcome 10 new members, four in the month of December and six the first meeting of January 2026. By the end of January, we will have four additional new members inducted.

This growth is remarkable and noteworthy. Our new members range from highlevel community leaders to west valley residents new to Arizona as well as new and seasoned residents of PebbleCreek.

Everyone is welcome to make our fast-growing community a better place in which to live. A reoccurring theme with our new members when asked what attracted them to Rotary was the fact that they wanted to make a difference and give back. The object of Rotary is to encourage and foster the ideal of service. The motto Service Above Self is the Rotary way of life.

Literacy is a high priority in our club. Youth services wherein we have a Senior to Senior program mentoring high school seniors, RYLA, Interact and student of the month programs are all included in our focus. We are involved in Sleep in Heavenly Peace, building beds for children in need; food drives and holiday food boxes; as well as international projects Watts of Love and Polio Plus.

Our club meets each Wednesday morning at 7 a.m. in the Eagle’s Nest Clubhouse. You are welcome to join us to see if your ambition to give back might be met within our club goals. For additional information, you may contact Linda Babock, Membership Chairman, at lindababcock7@gmail.com.
