The Fun Line Dancing Club sponsored the first annual Country Line Dance March 4 in the Eagle’s Nest Ballroom to a sell-out crowd. Judging by the smiles and the crowded dance floor everyone had a great time. The entire Fun Line Dancing team, consisting of Rochelle and Steve Thurm, Kathy and Dave Fredo, Roberta Diles, Shannon Karazuba, Clarita Tom and Michael and Sandy Stephens, worked together to create a very memorable country line dance. The team that worked together to put on this very successful dance will be doing another dance next year on Friday, March 3, 2017, in the Eagle’s Nest Ballroom. Country dancing has become hugely popular with PebbleCreekers. It’s great exercise and you don’t need a partner. One of our favorite D.J.’s, Jim Allen, kept us on our feet from 7:00 to 10:30 p.m. with fun line dances, country two-step and cuddle dances.
