Things are picking up for us in the Model Village. In August, 15 new people have chosen to make PebbleCreek their new home. Our current homeowners continue to support our success with their positive feedback and very warm welcome to our guests as they see them through the community.
Unit 57 is now open for sale, offering home sites for our Tradition, Premier and Estate series homes. Our team had the opportunity to tour the new 9-hole golf course that is under construction. It has been fascinating to see what it takes “behind the scenes” to build a course. It will be yet another outstanding feature that makes PebbleCreek stand out above the rest.
Doug Taylor was named Sales Person of the Month for August with 5.5 of the 15 new home buyers.
