The Friday Gimme Golf Girls celebrated their annual Christmas party at the home of Gayle Hubbard (Mrs. Santa) on Dec. 10. Her helper elves were Maria Murray and Lynn Grice.
After playing golf that morning, lunch was served. It was chicken pot pie, spinach and Caesar salad, along with white cake.
The Gimme Girls collected gift cards for the Homeless Youth Connection.
They did an exchange of tea towels and a favorite Christmas recipe. As Gayle read a poem about right/left, the packages were passed back and forth between everyone sitting in the circle. Everyone then announced the recipe they received and agreed to pass along their recipe to the others.
It was an enjoyable day!
