In honor of Flag Day, Raceway Elks Lodge No. 2852, located in Avondale, Arizona, will be conducting a Flag Day Ceremony on June 14, 2014, at the Eagle’s Nest Golf Course Clubhouse beginning at 10:00 a.m.
This ceremony is open to the public. The Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks promotes Patriotism and Americanism and Raceway Elks Lodge officers and members hope to be able to pass the history of our flags to a large audience to educate those who do not know the history of our flag and as a reminder to those that do.
