It’s Hollywood’s best kept secret! As a natural consequence of aging, face and neck muscles elongate and sag but Facercise, the latest craze used by movie stars and royalty alike, addresses the underlying cause, and “bends time’s arrow the other way” (as noted by the NY Times). Facercise is a series of 13 professionally developed exercises that tone and tighten the 57 muscles of the neck and face. Just as a body builder trains to develop their abs, thighs and pecs, the face muscles will respond similarly to targeted exercises.
Dr. Kathryn Parslow, a nationally published author, radio host and certified Facercise instructor will provide a free training seminar at the TF Fitness Studios on Monday, January 14 at 3:30 in the afternoon. During this one-hour group class, you will learn about and practice the various Facercise movements. Afterward, Dr. Parslow will be available for personal consult and Facercise retail items will be available for purchase.
This is a no pressure, no sales required seminar. Rather it will be a fun introduction to what has been described as one of the “Top Beauty Products in the World.” Developed 30 years ago by aesthetician Carole Maggio, Facercise is widely accepted as an excellent alternative to plastic surgery.
You must register for the class as space is limited to 20 people. Again, there is no cost to attend. Sign up at the TF Fitness Studios now. If there is demand, a second offering at 4:30 p.m. will be added.
