“Give me your best, forget the rest” is a theme often used with the 7:00 a.m. “Friends in it Together” (F.I.I.T.) group. Christy O’Gara is our amazing trainer and challenges us to be our own personal best and often relies on the training ground as a place to meet new friends, hang with current friends and work as a team. The format includes strength, cardio and stretching. Come join us Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:00 a.m. to step into 2019 with fitness as a way of life and not a destination.
