There’s a shopping frenzy at the Gallery, and rightly so.
Check out your calendar for May so you can be one step ahead of every known dinosaur planning get-togethers and celebrations; each of which requires a visit to the Expressions Gallery and Gift Shop. First, we have May Day on the first, next is Cinco de Mayo on the 5th, Mother’s Day on the 12th, Armed Forces Day on the 18th and Memorial Day on the 27th.
Rush in for early selections for your festive tables and personal gift items. Follow the lead of the new Critter in the Creek and grab a new tote in which to stow your additional selections while shopping.
Gentlemen, here’s some advice for Mother’s Day – include all moms in your family; your mother, mother-in-law, daughter, daughter-in-law, granddaughter and granddaughter-in-law on your gift list. The best way to avoid hard feelings if the ladies are the type to compare who got what, is to buy everything in the same store. So, hustle over and ask sales staff for a little retail support. They’ll be happy to guide you to lovely summer jewelry pieces including necklaces, bracelets, pins and earrings. The ladies will all appreciate what a gem of a guy you are!
For the kids who visit we now are displaying quite the menagerie of knit and crochet animals, large and small. Choose from hippos, elephants, giraffes and cats. Meow, these are terrific items.
For the athletes among us, we have a new selection of tennis towels and pickleball towels. Perfect accessories to enhance your game style!
Take stock of all the wares to help you provide a colorful spring celebration in your home or out on the patio. The best critter to display on your table may be a ceramic gecko in bright color choices. A winning centerpiece always features a hand-decorated gourd, some are museum quality. For background music play a CD by our own Arizona Pioneer Trio. For background beauty, opt for a painting or print by one of your neighbors. With all of this, your guests won’t know what to compliment you for first – your beautiful home, lovely gifts or the great food you showcase on platters selected at the Gallery by glass or ceramic artisans.
