Enjoy your holiday weekend at the Expressions Gallery and Gift Shop. Summer hours are still in effect in September, so visit the Gallery from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 5! Volunteers will have replenished the stock the previous week. Come on down and shop new items without lines or hassle. Be mindful that we are closed on Sundays.
If you have children visiting for a last summer weekend, the Gallery is a perfect bucket list stop. Enjoy watching their faces as they check out the small soft animal collection placed just inside the entrance door. Walk in just a little further and watch the girls sparkle as they shop for doll clothes for both their American Girl and Barbie dolls.
Cork items may intrigue the boys in your family; actually, they may start a cork collection and become young artists themselves!
Allow their parents to tour the Creative Arts Center and the Gallery separately from the kids. There are so many adult items available for their houses and themselves. They will thank you for both the free time and the wonderful diversion provided right here in the Creek.
It’s hard to believe, but the first day of autumn is Sept. 22. Time to explore fall colors for your wardrobe and your home décor. The evening of Sept. 25 marks the start of Rosh Hashanah—wishing all a happy and healthy new year.
