Diana is the supervisor responsible for the Guest Relations staff that we consider the Ambassadors to the Community. Diana has been a member of Guest Relations for just over six years and she is the consummate professional whose energy and enthusiasm is dependable, reliable and infectious. Always smiling and willing to lend a helping hand in any circumstance, Diana is loved and respected by her staff and the community as a whole. If one were to offer a simplistic definition of people skills, Diana’s name would be brought to the forefront of that discussion and her picture would appear next to the definition in Webster’s Dictionary.
There is never a task too large or too challenging that can’t be addressed and she works tirelessly to find solutions to problems that many people would have given up on long ago. “Failure is not an option” in Diana’s book. Diana avails herself 24/7 and she has regularly found herself addressing problems long after her day is over, and never once has she not stepped up to do what needed to be done, nor has she ever complained about being called upon during her off-time. Endlessly optimistic would be yet another positive character trait ingrained within her.
Diana’s spirit and enthusiasm resonate wherever it is she might be and she’s always willing and able to do whatever it is that is asked of her. Absolutely committed to her colleagues, Diana is known for her caring heart and tireless work ethic and we are indebted to her for all that she has done and will continue to do for our community—and the one that she calls home. We are undoubtedly fortunate to have Diana as a member of our staff. We appreciate all that you do. Congratulations from all of us for your nomination as our employee of the month!
