The August 31 deadline is fast approaching for community-minded leaders to declare their candidacy for the PebbleCreek Homeowners Association Board of Directors. The HOA’s Election Committee is issuing a last call for forward thinking leaders interested in running in a fall election. The volunteer position is for a two-year term beginning January 1, 2019.

Qualified candidates must be homeowners in good standing and available to attend HOA board and committee meetings. The PCHOA board vets all candidates to confirm their eligibility, as required in PebbleCreek’s CC&Rs.

A director’s duties and responsibilities are described in Article V Section 2 of PebbleCreek’s CC&Rs, which are posted on the PCHOA website: www.pebblecreekhoa.org.

If you are interested in running for the HOA Board, submit your name, address, phone, email address, unit and lot numbers to the Election Committee c/o Eagle’s Nest Resident and Guest Services desk no later than 4:00 p.m. Friday, August 31.

Approved candidates will receive more election details, including deadlines and processes for candidates to publish their own publicity.

Important dates for approved candidates are:

*Wednesday, September 5: Candidates’ briefing with Election Committee

*Monday, October 29: Community Meet the Candidates—morning and evening sessions.

*Voting: November 1 through 15
