Election Committee now accepting candidate applications for HOA Board election

We all love living in PebbleCreek for the great amenities, the well-kept landscaping and the security of a gated community. We enjoy golf, tennis, pickleball, swimming, softball and staying fit in our fitness centers and fitness studios. We enjoy our restaurants, the Renaissance Theatre, the Creative Arts Center, ballrooms and meeting rooms, libraries, our Activity Center, Kare Bears, Lifelong Learning and the more than 80 other official clubs here in PebbleCreek. However, all this does not happen without the help and dedication of many volunteers.

The HOA Election Committee is now accepting applications for candidates for the November 2017 election. Candidates will vie for a two-year position on the PebbleCreek Homeowner Association (PCHOA) Board of Directors, beginning January 1, 2017. Director duties and responsibilities may be found in the CC&Rs Article V Sec 2.

To qualify for this position a potential candidate must be a member in good standing and a resident for one year. In addition, the candidate must be available to attend most HOA Board meetings and HOA Committee meetings. Previous homeowner board experience is not necessary.

This volunteer position is an opportunity for interested residents to give back to the community and work with other Board Directors and our developer (Robson Communities, Inc.). The work of the Board of Directors is very important, helping PebbleCreek remain one of the best places to live in the country. If you are interested in running for the Board or have additional questions, please reach out to Election Committee Chairperson Bob Young by phone at 314-614-3058 or by email at [email protected].
