Ladies and Gentlemen! It is time for the amazing and very popular, annual Denim & Diamonds Semi-Formal Dinner/Dance coming to you on Saturday, April 22, in the Tuscany Falls Ballroom.

* Cash bar opens at 5 p.m.; Check-in starts at 5:30 p.m.

* Dinner is served at 6 p.m.; Dancing is 7 p.m. ‘til 10 p.m.

Attire is semi-formal cocktail (although tux jackets and denim are always quite nice too!)

Have you ever asked yourself what is the history behind Denim & Diamonds?

As a diamond symbolizes the woman’s finesse and nobler aspirations, denim represents the everyday woman’s readiness to get “down and dirty,” and to get her dainty yet strong hands soiled, should the need arise. The oldest denim brand is by Levi Strauss, a young man from Germany who moved to New York in 1851, and created the first Made in USA jean in 1873. God bless America!

You will enjoy the very sumptuous dinner being served at this lovely dance. The meal includes three courses. The evening will start with a spring mix salad with dried cranberries, candied walnuts, and feta cheese. For your further culinary pleasure, the entrée options are: roasted apple & bacon stuffed chicken, porter ale short ribs, and butternut squash ravioli with Florentine sauce. The decadent dessert is a bistro cake with lemon mousse.

After dinner, the four-piece Soul Impression Band will entertain us with their sounds and flavors of the magical ballroom music that we all know and love. They also provide a variety of music from pop, soul, R&B, and jazz. Whether you come to dance, socialize, or just to enjoy the music, the sublime sounds of Soul Impression will entertain you throughout the entire evening.
