April is here and that means it’s time for the PebbleCreek Ballroom Dance Club’s (PCBDC’s) Denim and Diamonds Dinner Dance to be held on April 22 in the Tuscany Falls Ballroom. The evening begins at 5:00 p.m. with a no-host bar, registration and the sale of May’s casual dance tickets. Dinner is served at 6:00 p.m. and the Dan Reed Combo is returning to play for us 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. Dan was a big hit at last April’s D and D dance; we’ve brought him back this year and hope to see more of Dan at our other dances.
Ticket sales for the Denim and Diamonds Dinner Dance began at the club’s March dance – Members Only. The first week of kiosk ticket sales, March 28 and 30, was also set aside for members only. Ticket sales for members and non-members are Tuesdays and Thursdays, April 4 through 13, at the kiosk, 10:00 a.m. to noon.
Ticket cost is $25 for members and $35 for non-members. Membership in PCBDC is still available; the dues are $15 per person and the club welcomes all residents of PebbleCreek.
Menu selection for the evening is roasted apple and bacon-stuffed chicken or cranberry orange glazed salmon; both come with the usual accompaniments along with turtle mousse bistro cake for dessert. Please note: menu selection must be made at time of ticket purchase.
We will have the usual tables of 10 available (max of 200 tickets sold) for you and your table mates. This is a formal dance; however, because of the theme, the gentlemen can wear denim in place of their tux slacks or dark suit slacks. Ladies, come “blinged out” in your best evening attire.
