Artisans from both within and outside PebbleCreek will gather on Saturday, October 25 to sell their work as PebbleCreek celebrates the 17th annual Creative Arts Festival. Seventy five artists and artisans will offer original works in a variety of mediums.

Jewelry, glass, ceramics, fine art, greeting cards beaded dining/serving utensils, stained glass, fabric art, hand thrown pottery, embroidery, lighted wine bottles, homemade dip mixes, wooden Adirondack chairs, mixed media, metal sculpture, doll clothes, wall décor, copper art and so much more!

The participating vendors not only offer a wide variety of vendors, but are known for their quality work. Here is a small sample to whet your appetite!

Non-resident vendors:

Bev Epstein: Bev’s popular decorated sweatshirts for adults and shirts designed for kids to color and then wear are always a hit!

Resident vendors:

Pete Fortunato: This year Pete is showcasing his hand-thrown pottery. At past festivals he has also offered prints of his photography and notecards.

Gretchen Olberding: Gretchen will be displaying her one of a kind jewelry items of fine (solid) silver, bronze and copper. A juried pastel artist, she will be selling her award winning work.

Joan Spiak: Joan knits wonderful sweaters and accessories. Her designs are intricate and well executed, resulting in quality garments that bring back customers year after year.

In addition to the myriad array of wondrous arts and crafts displayed by our vendors, the festival will include a number of other interesting activities.

Christmas Tent: A display of Christmas oriented arts and crafts for those who love to collect and give holiday related items.

Kare Bears Bake Sale: A popular oasis for coffee lovers and those with a sweet tooth looking for homemade baked delicacies!

Wine Tasting and Lunch: Enjoy lunch and wine tasting in a lovely, comfortable setting provided by PebbleCreek Food and Beverage!

Music: To enhance the ambiance while you browse and shop, listen to some of our best local talent perform!

Raffles: This year you can select which of the handcrafted items from the resident artists you want to try to win with your raffle tickets and you may also choose to be one of the two lucky winners that will split 50% of the cash collected for the Cash Raffle!

Expressions Gallery and Studio Demonstrations

In addition to all the activities happening outside, don’t forget to visit the Creative Arts Center where the Expressions Gallery will be open all day. Check out the exquisite work of PebbleCreek’s artists on display in the Gallery. Wander about and check out the many clubs that meet and work in the center. Watch artisans as they demonstrate their crafts throughout the building’s various studios. Check in the Gallery for information on upcoming class schedules.
