Then join Knimble Kneedles on Thursday mornings in the Diamondback Room of the Creative Arts Center. We meet every Thursday morning from 9:00 am until noon. All levels of skill are welcome, but we do recommend a basic level of skill. Bring your own project, or learn about some of the items we make for charities. One of our most popular projects is creating hats for newborns at Banner Estrella Hospital. Items made by Knimble Kneedles members can also be found for sale in the Expressions Gallery. Baby hats and blankets, sweaters, toys, and lap afghans for those in a wheelchair are all items made by members.
A large part of enjoying Knimble Kneedles is getting to know fellow members. Sitting together and chatting while you work on a project can be very satisfying. It’s also a great way to improve your skills and become inspired for new projects.
