Cortney (pictured in pink in front) has been teaching Country Fitness in the fitness center for the last few years. It is a mix of music from all different genres. She makes the dances fun and easy with a quick but thorough instruction of the dance steps.
Each week she reviews the previous weeks’ dances and introduces new ones so we keep adding to our repertoire.
It’s a great way to work our memory, coordination, and balance, and get those extra steps in.
