On Aug. 2, the PebbleCreek Corvette Group traveled to Bagdad, Ariz., for lunch. Bagdad is located north of Wickenburg and east of US Hwy. 93. With the excessive heat this summer in Phoenix, it was a welcome change for our group of 10 Corvette enthusiasts to travel to the desert hills of this rugged mining town. We enjoyed lunch at Copper Country Bar and Grill, which offered an excellent menu of American comfort food that was delicious! As a bonus, they even provided us with a lovely private room.
