Pre-paid Guest Fee Cards for 2026 will be available beginning Monday, Dec. 15. It is requested that only homeowners having guests in early January 2026, or who will be out of town prior to guest arrivals in early 2026, pick up their cards immediately. All others may pick up the card as needed throughout 2026 to avoid long lines and waiting periods.
Cards may be picked up at the Eagle’s Nest or Tuscany Falls Resident and Guest Services desks inside each clubhouse. This card entitles the homeowner to 30 free recreation guest visits for the year. The 2025 “fuchsia” card remains in effect through Dec. 31, 2025. The new 2026 “teal” card will replace the “fuchsia” card on Jan. 1, 2026. As a reminder, any unused free passes on the 2025 fuchsia card will not be carried over to 2026. Rather, every homeowner starts the new year fresh with 30 new free guest passes for the year.
Homeowners must present their PebbleCreek Homeowner/Member card to the Resident and Guest Services staff at either Eagle’s Nest or Tuscany Falls Clubhouse to obtain their 2026 card. Remember to place your pre-paid Guest Card in a safe place, as lost or damaged cards will not be replaced.
