Pre-paid guest fee cards for 2021 will be available beginning Monday, Dec. 14. It is requested that only homeowners having guests in early January 2021, or who will be out of town prior to guest arrivals in early 2021, pick up their cards immediately. All others may pick up the cards as needed throughout 2021, to avoid long lines and waiting periods.
Cards may be picked up at the Eagle’s Nest or Tuscany Falls Resident and Guest Services desks inside each clubhouse. This card entitles the homeowner to 30 free recreation guest visits for the year. The 2020 neon green card remains in effect through Dec. 31. The new 2021 purple card will replace the neon green card on Jan. 1, 2021. As a reminder, any unused free passes on the 2020 neon green card will not be carried over to 2021. Rather, every homeowner starts the new year fresh with 30 free guest passes.
Homeowners must present their PebbleCreek homeowner/member card to the Resident and Guest Services staff at either Eagle’s Nest or Tuscany Falls Clubhouse to obtain their 2021 card. Remember to place your pre-paid guest fee card in a safe place, as lost cards will not be replaced.
