Pre-paid Guest Fee Cards for 2018 will be available beginning Monday, December 11, 2017. It is requested that only homeowners having guests in early January 2018, or who will be out of town prior to guest arrivals in early 2018, pick up their cards immediately. All others may pick up the card as needed throughout 2018 to avoid long lines and waiting periods.
Cards may be picked up at the Eagle’s Nest or Tuscany Falls Clubhouse Resident and Guest Services desks. This card entitles the homeowner to 30 free recreation gues.isits for the year. The 2017 “Lemon” card remains in effect through December 31, 2017. The new 2018 “Orchid” card will replace the “Lemon” card on January 1, 2018. As a reminder, any unused “free passes” on the 2017 Lemon card will not be carried over to 2018. Rather, every homeowner starts the new year fresh with 30 new free guest passes for the year.
Homeowners must present their PebbleCreek Homeowner/Member card to the Resident and Guest Services staff at either Eagle’s Nest or Tuscany Falls Clubhouse to obtain their 2018 card. Remember to place your pre-paid Guest Card in a safe place, as lost cards will not be replaced.
