Pre-paid Guest Fee Cards for 2017 will be available beginning Monday, December 12, 2016. It is requested that only homeowners having guests in early January 2017, or who will be out of town prior to guest arrivals in early 2017, pick up their cards immediately. All others may pick up the card as needed throughout 2017 to avoid long lines and waiting periods.
Cards may be picked up at the Eagle’s Nest or Tuscany Falls Clubhouse Resident & Guest Services desks. This card entitles the homeowner to 30 free Recreation guest visits for the year. The 2016 Teal card remains in effect through December 31, 2016. The new 2017 Lemon card will replace the Teal or Pink on January 1, 2017. As a reminder, any unused Free Passes on the 2016 Teal card will not be carried over to 2017. Rather, every homeowner starts the New Year fresh with 30 new Free Guest passes for the year.
Homeowners must present their PebbleCreek Homeowner card to the Resident & Guest Services staff at either Eagle’s Nest or Tuscany Falls Clubhouse to obtain their 2017 card. Remember to place your pre-paid Guest Card in a safe place as lost cards will not be replaced.
