Come “Chill” with Us Mondays and Wednesdays at 3 p.m.

If you’re like most people, your mornings are busy with sports activities, errands, and doctor appointments, so why not take a break for yourself and chill out with a relaxing afternoon yoga class on Monday or Wednesday?

Have you ever wondered if yoga is right for you? Yoga has no specific requirements and can be adapted to meet the needs of any individual. Whether you are male or female, young or old, physically fit or not, yoga is for everyone. Laine will make you feel welcome and help you find the right moves for where you’re at that day. She offers a nice variety, and no two classes are the same, with different music, new poses, and inspirational messages to wrap up each class.

Laine has been practicing yoga for eight years and teaching for six years. She teaches morning yoga classes on Tuesday and Thursdays, and I find that a 3 p.m. yoga class is just what the doctor ordered. After a 50-minute class, I leave the studio refreshed, relaxed, and ready to step into my evening activities and a good night of rest.

I hope you’ll join us at 3 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays in the Tuscany Falls Fitness Studios. Look for “Unwind Body and Mind” on Mondays and “Yin Yoga” on Wednesdays—a slow-paced and gentle style of yoga to increase mobility and stretch.
