Stephen and Jan Kirk

Steve and Jan Kirk celebrated Cinco de Mayo at their home with 40 guests from PebbleCreek the evening of May 5, 2015. Lots of decorations and appetizers greeted the guests upon arrival. It was a perfect evening with lots of margaritas, sangria and delicious Mexican food brought by everyone.

Just as people completed dinner they were pleasantly surprised by a Mariachi band, trumpets blazing, and marching through the house and out to the patio where the guests were seated. Lots of singing as the musicians played for over an hour to entertain as the night unfolded. A cool breeze prevailed to make a romantic memorable night. It was the highlight of the fellowship with great friends and neighbors. The evening concluded with a robust variety of homemade cakes, including a beautifully decorated Cinco de Mayo cake, pies, tarts and assorted delicious desserts were devoured.

It was a time to enjoy old friendships, make new friends and wish each other a safe and happy summer filled with their favorite activities. It was a special Cinco de Mayo celebration for all who attended.
