Spring baseball is about to begin! Catch the spirit by participating in the latest Fitness Center Cardio Challenge. See if you can outscore the home teams. Throughout Spring Training, February 23 through March 24, the Reds and the Indians play at home every day. We’ll monitor the number of runs they score at home and you tally the number of runs you score. In the end, we’ll see who outscores whom.
Participants in this challenge score runs by engaging in cardio activity at the fitness centers or on the streets or in the pool. You earn One Run for every 15 mins of cardio activity. The longer you work out, the more runs you score. Log sheets are maintained at the fitness centers. Have some fun! Root for the home team! Play ball!
