Cribbage Club

The Cribbage Club meets twice monthly, the first Thursday and the third Friday at 1:00 p.m. in the Sienna Room at Tuscany Falls. The club is open to all PebbleCreek residents interested in playing a friendly game of Cribbage. If you don’t know how to play, but are interested in learning, come join us for an afternoon of fun. If you have a cribbage board and deck of cards, please bring them with you.

The Euchre Club is happy to welcome Jerry Morris and Helen Thompson to the weekly Thursday night games.
We are also pleased to welcome back snowbirds Patti and Bill Murphy, Paul and Georgia Messina and Barb and Mike Prevendar. Bob Henry, an old time member, has also returned.
How nice to have new chairs in the Palm Room at Eagle’s Nest where we play.

Pinochle Club

If you are looking for fun on Thursday evening, join us for an evening of Pinochle. We welcome two new members Leah and Steve Martin.
The Pinochle Club meets every Thursday from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. in the Sienna Room of the Tuscany Falls Country Club. Contact Denny Wallon at 935-0220 for more information. We play single deck partnership, passing four cards and occasionally three handed pinochle with a three card kitty. There is a nominal fee of $1 for an evening of fun with the funds going towards prize money.
The winners for September are as follows:
9/4th: Our 1st place winner Bob Conrardy had a score of 7920 points and Joan Wallon took 2nd place with a score of 6730; 3rd place goes to Stan Zdunczyk with a score of 6680 and booby goes to Alex Elijew at 4080.
9/11: 1st place winner Agnes Smanski had a score of 7250 points and 2nd place was taken by Denny Wallon with a score of 6950; 3rd place goes to Don Pallotto with a score of 6000 and booby goes to Chris Dubois at 4090.
9/18: Bruce Baird placed first with a score of 7820 points followed by Bob Conrardy in second with a score of 7230; Loretta Morris in third place with 7030 and the bobby to Joan Wallon with a score of 3510.
9/25: 1st place winner Danny Payon, 6910 points; 2nd Linda Hurtado, 6730 and in 3rd Marion Helton with 6660 and booby goes to Kim Holmes at 4170.
The year 2013 saw the all time high score of 8320 set by Joe Sanzone on September 29, 2011, and the all time low score of 2170 set on September 27, 2012, by Danny Payon remain in place. Will the records hold for another year? The high score for 2014 has jumped to 8,240 set by Bob Conrardy and Sheril Williams has taken over the low booby for year with a score of 2870.
