The HOA Election Committee is now accepting applications for candidates for the November 2016 election, where candidates will vie for a two-year position on the PebbleCreek Homeowner Association (PCHOA) Board of Directors beginning January 1, 2017. Director duties and responsibilities may be found in the CC&Rs Article V Sec 2.
To qualify for this position a potential candidate must be a member in good standing for one year. In addition, the candidate must be available to attend HOA Board meetings and HOA Committee meetings, provide leadership for special projects, conduct community meetings, provide fiduciary and community vision leadership while working closely with other Board members, RCI and staff.
This volunteer position is an opportunity for interested residents to give back to the community. The work of the Board of Directors is very important, helping PebbleCreek remain exceptional.
