We know you enjoy Butter Braids. And February is your month to order these delicious pastries from T.T.T. Chapter P. They are sold exclusively through fundraisers for $12.50 each or two for $25. (Our distributor had to raise our price by fifty cents this year, because the manufacturer raised theirs. You know how it goes.)
Our five flavors include apple, blueberry and cream cheese, cherry, cream cheese and cinnamon. We also have a limited-time caramel roll available, which is made from the same delicious dough as the pastries, but with slightly different preparation instructions. This may be the last season for the caramel rolls, so be sure to stock up because they are delectable.
As you may already know, the braids come frozen, so you can bake them at your convenience. You just have to plan ahead a little, because they need time to thaw and rise. The instructions are on each package. They turn into beautiful pastries that taste even better than they look, which is incredible in itself.
All funds raised through this sale go toward completely outfitting underprivileged fourth grade girls to go to summer camp. It changes their lives! Your support of our fundraisers enables us to pay for absolutely everything for them, from clothes to toiletries to camping gear.
You can order Butter Braids many ways. You can order through any Chapter P member or by calling Sheralynn Ries at 480-408-0808 or Laurie Overson at 623-535-4322. Also, members will be offering samples and taking orders at Eagle’s Nest ticket kiosk from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. each Friday during February and on March 1.
The firm cutoff date for ordering is March 1. This will give us time to organize our final order and get it to the distributor on time. Our delivery this year is scheduled for the morning of Friday, March 15 so you will have your braids in plenty of time for a luscious Easter morning brunch. Actually, you don’t really need a special reason to bake them, they are great for any occasion, such as just being awake.
We have so appreciated your wonderful support of this fundraiser in the past and we want you to know that we do not take it for granted. Without you, we could not possible carry out our mission of changing young girl’s lives, one at a time. And I must remind you that we are a 501(c)(3) organization and, as such, we also gratefully accept monetary donations to help is with our mission.
