Our Bocce Potluck and St. Mary’s Food Drive held on Jan. 5 was a wonderful success. We also had two raffles, one included lovely themed baskets, such as Dine & Wine, Date Night, Hole-in-One, etc. and the other was a 50/50. All the proceeds from these raffles went to the Goodyear Aqua Fria Food Bank. This event also included a fond farewell to much appreciated board members, some who served many years creating the Bocce Association we know today, and we also welcomed the new board members who will bring with them new ideas that will showcase bocce for the fun and competitive sport it is.
