Bill Barnard/General Manager Report: Mr. Barnard introduced the recently hired Director of Golf Jason Whitehill. Mr. Barnard: There is a homeowner focus group that will be brought together in January. There is no need to fill any vacancy right now as Diana Shull is doing a very good job.

George Atwell: Thank you all for coming and I wish you all a very happy holiday.
Nancy Wilson Smith: Thank you all for coming. We live in a beautiful community and have wonderful weather in the winter months; time to enjoy. Happy holidays to you all.
Gregg Clymer: I would like to thank all residents that have volunteered for our Committees. We also have approximately 90 clubs here in PebbleCreek Get involved. There is certainly plenty to do and no reason for anyone to be bored living here.
Jack Sarsam: Thank you all for coming and I wish you all happy holidays and safe travels.
John Kiekbusch: I wish you all happy holidays and hope you all stay safe. We can be grateful we don’t have to worry about how much snow we’ll have to brush from our windshield each morning.
Motion by Nancy Wilson Smith to adjourn, seconded by Gregg Clymer. Unanimously approved.
Respectfully submitted by: Theresa M. Evans/Administrator to the PCHOA Board of Directors.
