The PebbleCreek Ballroom Dance Club is coordinating its October dinner dance with the Art Club’s 2015 Art Walk Exhibit, taking place on Saturday, October 17 in the Tuscany Falls Clubhouse.
This coordinated event starts with the Art Walk Exhibit beginning at 3:00 p.m. followed by PCBDC’s Art Walk Dinner Dance. After strolling the halls and meeting rooms of Tuscany Falls admiring over 100 pieces of art created by your friends and neighbors, cap the evening off by attending the Art Walk Dinner Dance in the Tuscany Falls Ballroom.
The dance’s Registration Table, Future Dance Ticket Sales Table and Cash Bar will open at 5:00 p.m.; dinner will be served at 6:00 p.m. and live big band dance music provided by the Arizona Swing Kings begins at 7:00 p.m. We welcome all PebbleCreek dancers, including Art Club members, especially the exhibitors, to join us for an evening of dinner, music and dancing.
Menu selections are grilled citrus herbed chicken and Mahi Mahi with tropical salsa. Both come with the usual accompaniments, including dessert. Ticket cost for members is $30 and non-members are $40. Note: Individual menu selections must be made at time of ticket purchase.
Tickets will go on sale at the club’s September 18 Ballroom Bingo Dance and Eagle’s Nest Kiosk ticket sales on Tuesdays and Thursdays, September 22 to October 8, 10:00 a.m. to noon, also Wednesday, September 23, 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. Tables of 10 will be available (decorated by the Art Club), and suggested attire is country club casual. Be sure to mark Saturday, October 17 on your calendars and we’ll see you when you purchase your tickets at the September 18 dance or the Eagle’s Nest Kiosk.
Our final dance of 2015 is our much anticipated Mistletoe Ball Dinner Dance (the first of the holiday season) on Saturday, November 14. The club will again be providing a fantastic evening of dining and dancing, with music provided by the Thaddeus Rose Band, with tickets at $35 for members and $45 for non-members.
Because of the club’s all-time high 2015 membership and limited seating, Members Only ticket sales will be at October’s Art Walk Dinner Dance and E.N. Kiosk ticket sales October 20 and 22 followed with combined member and non-member Kiosk ticket sales October 27 through November 5.
