We’re planning for our third dance of the year—-Spring Fest—to be held Friday, March 24 in the Eagle’s Nest Ballroom. This country club casual dance will be DJ’d by Jason Wong, a Ballroom Dance Club favorite. Jason is a professional ballroom dance instructor who has his own studio so he is in tune with the music for our club. Give it a whirl—ballroom style with fox trots, rhumba, cha cha, swing, waltz, bolero or an occasional tango. Trust me, it’s not how good you are, it’s most important that you’re up and about and enjoying yourself
The evening starts at 6:00 p.m. with a no-host bar, registration, April Dinner Dance ticket sales and dancing from 7:00 to 10:00 p.m. This evening will be hosted by Garrett and Gail Siegers and the cost is $10 each for members and $15 each for non-members. We are still selling memberships at $15 per person through May; membership affords a $10 break on dinner dances and $5 on casual dances. Membership sales are held at the same time we are selling tickets for our dances.
Our opening day sale was at the February Dinner Dance; we’ll be in the Eagle’s Nest Kiosk on Tuesdays, March 7, 14, 21 and Thursdays March 9 and 16 from 10:00 a.m. to noon. Tickets will also be available at the door the evening of the dance.
