Looking back a little: T’was the twentieth night before Christmas or December 5, 2014, when all through the Tuscany Falls Ballroom PC Italian Club members and their guests were celebrating the awesome Poinsettia Ball. Comments included:

Dinner: “From the entree salads to the main course choices with pasta accompaniments were beautifully presented and every bite was scrumptious,” “the food was excellent; family style courses (salad and pasta) made the evening seem really Italian.” The Banquet employees also did an outstanding job serving 286 Poinsettia Ball guests.
Desserts: “No sugar plums here,” comments were: “the desserts (at the 24 foot long Italian Sweets Table) were the best we have ever had at a large party; the desserts were incredible,” “the dessert table was awesome, not only the display but the taste of the delicious desserts was phenomenal,” “the Italian style dessert table was exquisite with homemade goodies” and “take home goodie bags a real treat.”

Great job by all involved, the music, the food, the sweets table, the personal gift, the raffle baskets, the dancing, were all terrific.”
