Arlene Engelbert scored her first hole-in-one on Jan. 14 at Eagle’s Nest on hole number 17. The flag was a front pin, and she used her 7-iron. Members of the Fairway Foxes, Carol Peterson, Bev Clinton, Mary Blaylock, Susan Harris, and Barb Hagen witnessed the ball drop in one stroke.
Arlene was very excited, and after the completion of the round, the Fairway Foxes gathered at her house for drinks (on Arlene) and food provided by Carol Peterson.
“It really made it fun for me to have my friends share my excitement,” Arlene said.
