The Activities Office invites you to mark your calendar for our annual Room Reservations Meeting for Clubs, taking place this year on Nov. 19 at 2 p.m. in the Eagle’s Nest Ballroom.
This meeting gives clubs the information they need to request recurring and other meetings scheduled by the Activities Office. It also provides an opportunity to meet the individuals who assist with club-related room scheduling, room set-up, event communications, and Rules Committee compliance.
Attendees will hear from Rules Committee Chairman John Dale; Communications Team member Priscilla Wardlow, who works with clubs; Set-Up Manager Matt Drui; and Activities Office Room Reservations contacts Rob Robertson and Patti Wegehaupt.
Clubs are encouraged to send a representative to attend this important meeting to ensure a smooth process for their room reservation requests.
