The Arizona Golf Association (AGA) held the Women’s Four-Ball Partner Championship at Briarwood Country Club on April 18 and 19. The course was in excellent condition, and 40 teams competed over the two-day tournament.
PebbleCreek had two teams playing in the tournament, where Cindy Sota and her partner, Elaine Reszke (from Verrado), won first net in the second flight. Ellen Enright and Mary Harris shot gross scores of 74 the first day, and 73 on day two, to win second place in their flight.
The Arizona Golf Association has several competitive events throughout the year and has a number of “Just For Fun Days” on the summer schedule for 2022. More information is available at www.AZGolf.org.
