Arizona Christmas City Lights Dec. 9

Depart the Valley in the early afternoon and travel to Prescott. Stop to see the gingerbread houses at the Prescott Resort. Then continue to downtown Prescott. Dinner is on your own before enjoying the lights and festivities at the historic courthouse square. Then, depart for home through the Prescott Valley of Lights Display. $99 pp. On sale now in the Activities Office.

Verde Valley Magical Christmas Journey Dec. 10

Travel aboard Verde Canyon Railroad to the “North Pole,” making a couple of slow passes by the delightful and funny buildings, acrobatic elves, and Santa and Mrs. Claus. Tucson’s Fourth Ave Fair Dec. 12

Visit the Fourth Avenue Holiday Fair, which brings together 400-plus arts and crafts booths, 35-plus food vendors, two stages of live entertainment, street musicians, jugglers, and more. $89 pp. On sale now in the Activities Office.

The Nutcracker Fantasy Dec. 18

Enjoy the magic of the holiday season with this classic production. Your Activities Office is pleased to bring you this magical event from local performing arts group, Triad, whose performers, of a wide age range, make up this fantastic cast of performers singing, acting, and of course, performing the ballet favorites! Tickets go on sale for the 7 p.m. performance Nov. 15 online and in the Activities Office. Cost is $30. We anticipate a strong interest in the show, and, as always, should we need to add a second show, a 3 p.m. matinee performance will be presented that will go on sale Nov. 19. A box breakfast is included the next morning, and you attend the parade in reserved seating. Before boarding the Norwegian Bliss, you will be able to go see the parade floats up close and personal. Dean Z Is Elvis Jan. 23, 2022

Dean Z has dedicated his entire life to honoring the legacy of Elvis Presley. Dean Z set off for Las Vegas at age 17, where he soon earned a spot with Legends in Concert. In 2013, Dean won the Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest, the only world-wide contest recognized by Elvis Presley Enterprises, serving as an ambassador to Graceland and the estate and tens of thousands of new fans. Dean Z received the Heart of The King Award at the former Las Vegas Hilton, on the same stage Elvis himself performed over 700 shows. He also had the pleasure of being a part of the national touring production Elvis Lives, a live musical highlighting Elvis’ career. In 2017, Dean joined The Elvis Tribute Artist World Tour based in the United Kingdom. To date, the tour has performed several sold-out shows across England and Scotland, including performances in the country’s most historic theaters like the Apollo and major arenas like Manchester Arena and The Echo in Liverpool. “I feel so honored to sing this great music. Making people happy when I’m on stage is so fulfilling, all because of Elvis. Bus Trip: Phoenix Suns vs. San Antonio Spurs Jan. 30, 2022

Don’t miss the Phoenix Suns, fresh off their trip to the NBA Finals, as they take on the San Antonio Spurs! Gather your friends and neighbors for a fun evening out! The ticket price includes round-trip motor coach transportation and a lower level seat. Secondhand Treasures Feb. 1, 2022. Noon to 4 p.m.

Sometimes things that some people no longer want or need are real treasures for others, so that is why your friendly Activities Office is bringing you our annual Secondhand Treasures event Feb. 1 from noon to 4 p.m. Past items included china, oriental rugs, crystal, silver, designer clothing, coats, handbags, scarves, jewelry, and shoes. Please join us at this “upscale sale” of secondhand treasures. To buy some of these wonderful treasures, attendance is free. The event will be in the Tuscany Falls Ballroom. Interested in being a vendor? Please note that spaces go on sale Jan. 5, 2022, at 9 a.m. at the Activities Office. Vendor space is available to PebbleCreek residents only. One More Night is a concert re-creation of the Grammy award solo artist Phil Collins. The show is amazing, playing all the famous Phil Collins colossal solo hits, as well as the famous Genesis songs. Everyone sings and dances at an OMN concert. The visual of the lead singer and “dead on” vocals really makes you think you’re watching the real deal. Come and celebrate the music of Phil Collins and Genesis, and let’s experience “One More Night” once again. $30 per person (limit 4).
