Resident vendors, Secondhand Treasures is back! Spaces on sale Jan. 3; 8 a.m. in Activities; $25

The extremely popular Secondhand Treasures sale is back for 2024! Residents only are invited to buy a vendor space beginning Wednesday, Jan. 3 in the Activities Office. Vendor Space includes (1) six-foot table and (1) chair. Please bring your own tablecloth/décor. $25 per space. HOA Member card (preferred) or Debit/Credit card only. On sale at 8 a.m. in the Activities Office.

The event will take place in the Tuscany Falls Ballroom on Jan. 31, from noon to 4 p.m. Vendor load-in and other details will be shared at time of purchase of vendor space. PebbleCreek resident vendors only of upscale items; no garage-sale kinds of items and no Craft/DIY items. Questions? Call the Activities Office at 623-535-9854.

Concert: Corrie Sachs as Reba McEntire, Jan. 7

Corrie Sachs is the #1 Reba McEntire tribute artist and impersonator in Las Vegas, and stars in the award-winning production show “Country Superstars Tribute Show” at Bally’s Hotel & Casino. Winner of the 2011 “Tribute Act of the Year,” Corrie is widely considered one of the best, and best known, Reba McEntire tribute artists in the country. The Diamonds in concert! Jan. 21

Through the years since the release of Little Darlin’ (1957), The Diamonds have learned one important lesson—the durability of this classic rock and roll music is as much about the future as it is about the past. As a result, The Diamonds continue to expand their audience to this day, performing in a variety of venues and settings worldwide. These performances include with symphony orchestras, in performing arts theatres and major concert halls, on cruise ships, in casinos, at county and state fairs, on tours of England, Ireland, Brazil, Chile, Korea, and Japan, for benefit concerts, corporate conventions, and at nightclubs. “We’ve been pleased to find a growing audience among all age groups. Bus Trip: Phoenix Suns vs. Chicago Bulls, Jan 22

Join your PebbleCreek friends and neighbors and enjoy a fun evening watching the championship-contending Phoenix Suns take on the Chicago Bulls Monday evening, Jan. 22, for a 7 p.m. game time! Last year the Suns contended versus the Mavericks in the Western Conference Playoffs. Valentine’s Day Dinner Dance featuring Rhythm Edition Band, Feb. 14

Celebrate all things love and friendship in the sweetest way for Valentine’s Day! Join us Wednesday, Feb. 14 at our annual Dinner Dance featuring the sounds of the popular Rhythm Edition band in the Tuscany Falls Ballroom. Details include: Cash bar at 5 p.m., dinner at 6 p.m., and dancing until 10 p.m. Menu and pricing will be announced soon. Requests for vegetarian meal must be made at time of reservation only. Premier Concert: The Drifters, Feb. 25

This international touring show is a fantastic walk down memory lane featuring the Doo Wop and R&B sounds of this American singing group first founded as a backing group for Clyde McPhatter, formerly the lead tenor of Billy Ward and his Dominoes in 1953. They went on to have such hits as Money Honey, Honey Love, Adorable, There Goes My Baby, Save The Last Dance For Me, and Under The Boardwalk. Although there were a number of group members over the nearly 70 years since they were formed, only the group’s original members were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1988. Concert: The Who Generation, March 24

The Who Generation is an amazing tribute to the British rock band The Who, recreating visually and sonically the magic of the original band. The group was featured on AXS-TV’s “The World’s Greatest Tribute Bands.” Two of the members have also performed with, and for, The Who’s Roger Daltrey! The line-up consists of: Larry Hampton as “Pete Townshend,” Rolly DeVore as “Keith Moon,” Stephen Shareaux as “Roger Daltrey,” and Brian Paulson as “John Entwistle.” Great drums!
