PebbleCreek is my home and yours. Some of us have lived here longer than others, but we all enjoy our community and want our voices heard. We want our HOA to be responsive, accountable, and most importantly transparent with us in all areas of planning, finances, and services.
This is why I am running for our HOA board of directors. I believe that I am uniquely qualified to lead this board with a vision for the future of PebbleCreek. If you have not seen the candidate videos online, please take time to listen to each candidate and make a commitment to vote in the upcoming election.
Many residents feel as though they have been left behind and at times ignored when they voice concerns and their issues have not been addressed. I understand and am committed to everyone having the opportunity to be involved. To begin, we need community wide input to formulate a strategic long term plan that will incorporate where we are now to where the home owners want us to be in the future. Everyone’s input and involvement is important to our continued growth and affordability. The board is accountable to you … the dues paying homeowners. We expect and deserve accountability and stewardship of our money.
