Dan Harris, Travel Team Coordinator
It’s been a busy and successful year for the PebbleCreek Billiards Club travel teams so far. In the first six months of 2026, the club has hosted or competed in 24 contests against other West Valley 55+ communities—an impressive average of four contests per month.
Each contest typically features between two and five individual matches. So far, PebbleCreek teams have secured 27 match victories while opponents have claimed 28, keeping the season highly competitive. At the game level, the story is even brighter: PebbleCreek players have won 596 games compared to 537 losses, demonstrating strong overall performance on the felt.
The men’s teams have been particularly active, facing CantaMia 12 times and the Buckeye Legends four times, while also meeting Sundance three times and Trilogy once. The women’s teams have battled CantaMia four times.
Beyond the scores, every contest has been marked by outstanding shot-making, excellent sportsmanship, and the genuine friendships that make PebbleCreek travel play so special.
The teams look forward to an exciting second half of the year as they continue to represent PebbleCreek with skill and camaraderie.
