The Agua Fria High School District is proud to announce that The Hilltop School for the Arts will open its doors on Aug. 3, 2026. As the District’s seventh high school, Hilltop will provide students in grades 9-12 with unique opportunities to combine rigorous academics with immersive arts education, helping them develop their talents, explore career pathways, and prepare for future success.
Guided by its vision of “Artistry to Industry,” The Hilltop School for the Arts will offer a dynamic learning environment where creativity, innovation, and artistic expression are integrated with academic excellence. Through specialized academy programs, students will gain hands-on experiences, build professional skills and connect their passions to college, career, and work-based learning opportunities.
The Hilltop School for the Arts offers eight academic programs:

* Dance Performance
* Instrumental Performance
* Music Production & Recording
* Set Design and Theatre Production
* Theatre – Acting
* Visual Arts
* Vocal Performance
Designed to foster creativity, collaboration, and personal growth, Hilltop will provide students with opportunities to learn from educators, mentors, and industry professionals while building confidence and preparing for success beyond high school.
