On the morning of April 4, the place to be was Eagle’s Nest parking lot for the fourth annual Car Show sponsored by the PebbleCreek Corvette Club. Seventy vehicles (mostly Corvettes) were on display. This number totally shattered our previous record of 43 cars set just last year.
Hundreds of Creekers spent their morning in the sun admiring the beautiful rides on exhibition.
This year, the Corvette Club had adopted Hospice of the Valley as a philanthropic partner. Club members sold coffee and donuts. There was also a silent auction with some terrific items on which to bid and a 50/50 raffle.
If you own a Corvette and live in PebbleCreek, you are eligible to join our club. For additional information, please contact membership director Terry Worwa at 224-715-7126.
