The 2026 PebbleCreek Ladies Golf Association (PCLGA) Club Championship—The Queen of Clubs—didn’t just meet expectations; it staged a finale worthy of a hillside crowd. Nowhere was that more evident than on the final 18th hole at Tuscany Falls East (TFE), where nerves were tested, putts were pure, and champions were crowned. The championship unfolded over three exciting days of competition, each round bringing its own challenge. It began on Tuscany Falls West (TFW), where players set the tone with focused opening rounds and steady play. The tournament then shifted to Eagle’s Nest, where strategy and precision came into sharper focus as the leaderboard took shape. By the time players reached TFE for the final round, the stage was set for a true showdown—where every shot mattered, every putt carried weight, and champions would ultimately rise under pressure.
While Donna Staples secured the Overall Net Champion position, in the race for Overall Net Runner-up, Tess Braden and Carolyn Suttles went head-to-head in a one-hole playoff on hole 18. At the end of play, it was Tess who emerged victorious; however, the real crescendo came in the battle for Overall Gross Champion.
A three-way tie between Liz Mitchell, Andrea Dilger, and Amber Rivera sent the trio back to the 18th tee—then back again. Spectators gathered along the hillside behind the green, transforming it into a perfect viewing area for all the action. Playoff Hole #1 resulted in all three players carding pars. No separation and back to the tee they went for playoff hole #2. The tension peaked as the three players played their shots down the fairway to the green. Liz and Andrea both held steady with pars, but Amber Rivera sank a clutch birdie putt for the win, claiming the title of Overall Gross Champion. And still, the story wasn’t done.
Liz Mitchell and Andrea Dilger continued their duel, returning to the 18th hole two more times to determine the Overall Gross Runner-up, with Andrea Dilger earning the honor. The Championship Tournament Results were as follows:

This year’s Club Championship reminded us that golf is as much about heart as it is about scorecards. It’s about rising to the moment and supporting one another. From the first swing at TFW to the final putt at TFE, this tournament delivered unforgettable moments and incredible competition.
