We’d like to thank Tom Bose for serving six years as president of the PebbleCreek (PC) Bocce Club! Tom has done so much for the club over his six years, as well as numerous hours of volunteering his time to the Senior Softball Association and other clubs within PC. Thank you Tom! We also thank his wife, MaryAnn, who assisted as a longtime statistician.
New Bocce Club board members are in place, with only two ‘new’ positions filled at this time. Joe Lorino is now our president. He has lots of new ideas and updates for the club—stay tuned! Nancy Graves has taken over Joe’s previous Board position as secretary—welcome to the Board, Nancy! All the rest of the Board positions remain as is.
If you want to join the Bocce Club but don’t know how to play, or just need to learn the rules as an existing player, we have sectarian trainers available. You can find a list of them under ‘INFORMATION’ on our website: quickscores.com/pebblecreekbocce.
Reminder to all Bocce Club players and to homeowners who play on their own: NO animals are allowed at the courts, especially not on the greens.
Get ready for the Fall season! Registration for the Fall season is Aug. 22 to Sept. 5. Cost is $10 per person, per team play.
