The Singles Club March 2 monthly meeting was held in the Eagle’s Nest Ballroom. After the business portion of the meeting our speaker, the new Food and Beverage Director at PebbleCreek, Stephen Marshall, informed us of the new chef who was hired and the many changes that are forthcoming regarding dining hours and menus. He also indicated that all patio furniture at Eagle’s Nest will be replaced. Many questions were asked and positively answered. His vast prior experience in the food and beverage industry was very impressive, and we hope that his food expertise will continue to prevail at PebbleCreek.
Following the meeting 20 members drove to Verrado Golf Club Grille for a fabulous dinner while overlooking the beautiful Verrado Golf Course located in the shadows of the White Tank Mountains. This “on par” dining venue will be repeated. Our “long drive” was only 15 minutes West of PebbleCreek on Indian School Road.
