The anticipation is soaring for the March 7 Colorado State Party—Celebrations! Step into the dazzling Tuscany Falls Ballroom, where the air will be filled with joy, laughter, and patriotic pride. As you arrive, you’ll be greeted by a sea of red, white, and blue, with partygoers dressed in their most spirited attire to honor two historic milestones: the USA’s 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence and Colorado’s 150th birthday!

If you’ve never been to a Colorado Party before, or are relatively new to PebbleCreek, this is a great place to make connections and new friends. Come as a couple or bring along a few friends. Every table is filled with friendly, fun people you’ll enjoy getting to know.

2026 Oregon Party
The annual PebbleCreek Oregon Picnic for 2026 is fast approaching. It will be held on Saturday, March 28, at noon at Sunrise Park. As in years past, everyone is encouraged to bring an appetizer to share, your beverage, and your chair. Plates, utensils, and napkins are provided.
To come to the Oregon gathering you don’t have to be from Oregon or live there now. You may not have started out there. You might be a Duck or a Beaver or neither one. Simply a love of the state, a good memory of a camping trip on the McKenzie, or maybe a grandparent who homesteaded in Eastern Oregon might be what connects you to the state. No entrance exam will be given prior to admission, but you must know how to pronounce Willamette and Oregon!
The traditional Oregon Trivia Challenge goes on, so review your state facts, and see you all on March 28!

Iowa Party Planned for March 15

Are you from Iowa? Have you lived in Iowa? Been to Iowa? Flown over Iowa? Please join us for the Iowa Party on Sunday, March 15, from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Oasis Ramada and Pool.
We have a few fun activities with great prizes planned. Mostly, however, it will be a great opportunity to meet other Iowans who live here in PebbleCreek.
If you can, please bring your own beverage in a non-glass container and an appetizer or dessert to share. After all, our Iowa tradition makes sure no one leaves our house hungry.
