After our seemingly endless torrid summer season, our PebbleCreek Men’s Nine-Hole Golf Association (PCM9GA) conducted our first fall season post-reseeding tournament event honoring our veteran golfers on the afternoon of Nov. 13, 2025, utilizing our Tuscany Falls West course. With the long-awaited return of our snowbird members, 115 golfers teed-off in foursomes utilizing the Two Low Net format scoring. The Two Low-Net format consists of a team score comprised of the best scores of 2 of the 4 team members. This event format in reality offers the best opportunity of all teams to compete for a winning score since, for example, on any given hole, two team members’ double or triple boogie scores will be dismissed. As usual the team scores were amazingly close with the just a few strokes separating the winning foursomes.
Congratulations to the first-place foursomes for both the Front Nine and Back Nine flights consisting of Ron Froemming, Jared Fors, Joe Duch, Jeffery Carren, Bill Miller, Gary Houser, and Willard Bradshaw. In addition, Jim Upchurch truly cleaned up in the Closest to Pin and Longest Putt competition winning both CTP contests and also the Longest Putt competition.

Following the event, many of our participants met at the Westwind outside patio area, which has become the most favored after golf watering hole for all our Tuscany Falls events. Our special thanks to John Mazzukelly for his usual terrific job as pairing coordinator for this event.
